The Deluxe Recovery Programme expands on the Essential Care foundation with additional therapeutic support, enhanced comfort, and greater personal privacy within a calm residential environment in Marbella.
Alongside one-to-one therapeutic care, medical assessment, movement, and restorative wellbeing practices, the programme includes a private bedroom and a dedicated session of Somatic Therapy & Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) — a body-based therapeutic approach designed to support nervous-system regulation, stress release, and emotional recovery.
Designed for individuals seeking a more private and immersive recovery experience, the Deluxe Programme offers additional space for rest, reflection, emotional stabilisation, and deeper therapeutic integration throughout the recovery journey.
