We support mental health, eating disorders, and addiction. Your plan blends CBT, DBT, ACT, MET, and body based regulation with practical routines for sleep, nutrition, and daily life. If withdrawal care or a taper is needed, we coordinate it safely with your doctor.
Progress is reviewed daily with clear milestones and relapse prevention built in. Lifetime aftercare is included so the gains you make in residence hold at home and travel with you.

Medical Coordination and Safety
If detox or a taper is needed, we coordinate it discreetly with our doctor. Vitals, sleep, appetite, and stability are monitored so progress remains safe and steady.
Core Therapies
One-to-one psychotherapy anchors your plan. We use CBT to change patterns and beliefs, DBT for urges and emotion regulation, ACT for values-led action, and MET to strengthen motivation. Body-based regulation such as TRE is integrated to settle the nervous system. Where helpful, we add restorative physiotherapy to support comfort and safe movement. If you prefer it, we also offer private 12-Step work one to one, without groups.
Length of Stay and Programmes
We offer a set of one-to-one programmes, each designed for a different approach to recovery. Our admissions team will advise which option best fits your needs and vision. Programmes include The Foundation Retreat, The Restorative Path, The Regenerative Stay, and The Signature Experience, all delivered within our One-to-One Residence. One-to-one Recovery,

We treat mental health, eating disorders, and addiction in complete privacy. Care is one to one and paced to your capacity.
How we begin. Every admission starts with a 360° assessment. We review history and current patterns, dose and frequency where relevant, tolerance and withdrawal risk, medications, sleep and circadian rhythm, nutrition and hydration, and labs if needed. We also map triggers, craving windows, environments, and risks, and with consent liaise with your doctor.
Psychiatry you can rely on. You meet our consultant psychiatrist on arrival. Reviews are weekly, and twice weekly when helpful. Any medication plan is collaborative and supports the therapy, not the other way around.
Your plan. We match safety and pacing to your nervous system capacity. If withdrawal care or a taper is required, we arrange it discreetly. Therapy then follows in the right order using CBT, DBT, ACT, MET, and body-based regulation, alongside a reset for sleep and nutrition.
Daily momentum and beyond. Progress is reviewed each day with clear milestones. Lifetime aftercare is included so gains hold at home and when you travel.
