At Oasis Premium Recovery, every stay begins with a 360° one-to-one review of your routines, stress load, sleep and circadian rhythm, nutrition and hydration, medications and interactions, injuries, and sensory comfort. We also map triggers and recovery windows, nervous-system capacity, work and travel demands, and privacy needs, and we coordinate with your therapist or doctor when helpful.
From this we co-design a plan that matches focus and pace to your capacity and calendar. If a medical review or taper is needed, we arrange it discreetly. We then sequence targeted wellness therapies: yoga therapy, functional breathing and mindfulness, TRE and somatic regulation, therapeutic massage and bodywork, acupuncture, sound therapy, art and creative therapies, and optional equine therapy. Sessions are timed for morning activation, midday reset, or evening wind-down. Daily reviews and clear milestones keep the plan live so the right step happens at the right time, privacy first, and no groups unless requested.
