Our Food Philosophy
At Oasis Premium Recovery, food is part of your renewal. Calm, consistent meals steady energy, mood, and focus. Our cuisine is seasonal and Mediterranean, cooked simply with the best local produce and extra-virgin olive oil. We follow a food-first, routine-first approach that is weight neutral and culture respectful, with menus shaped to your preferences and pace.
You can dine in your suite, on a shaded terrace, or in a private salon. On arrival the chef agrees a plan that fits your day: a composed breakfast, an unhurried lunch that supports therapy, a stabiliser snack for the afternoon, and dinner timed to protect sleep. We cater for vegetarian, pescatarian, dairy-free and gluten-free needs, and can honour faith-based requirements. Sourcing focuses on Andalusian vegetables and herbs, wild or responsibly farmed fish, free-range poultry, heritage grains, and fresh citrus.

Before You Arrive: Preferences & Requirements
Admissions will note your preferences, dislikes, allergies, religious or culture-based requirements, and caffeine choices. Our approach is food first, routine first, and weight neutral. When useful, we coordinate with an independent registered nutritionist.
Dining Settings & Kitchen Standards
Dine with other clients, in-suite, or on a shaded terrace. Produce is seasonal and Andalusian, with extra-virgin olive oil, responsibly sourced fish, free-range poultry, heritage grains, and fresh herbs. Strict hygiene and allergy protocols are followed in the kitchen.
What’s Included and Optional Upgrades
Included as standard: three meals each day, one stabiliser snack, and still or sparkling water, herbal infusions, and quality coffee or decaf on request. Optional upgrades include specialty ingredients, celebratory menus, late room-service windows, and premium beverages. Your admissions adviser will confirm any supplements for severe allergies or bespoke sourcing before your stay.

We build your plan around both of you. Your pet’s routine is mapped at admission and folded into the day: set walk and feed windows, calm outdoor access, and pet-safe housekeeping. A local veterinarian is on call and trusted walkers can be arranged when you need extra support.
